Well its come and its gone. The big opening party for our flick "First Kiss" went off on friday . It all started on Thursday and ended on sunday . I got to hang out with some of my best friends , and made some new. I also got to meet a shit ton of really cool people at the premier . All in all it was a pretty great weekend.

I really want to say a huge thanks to everyone that made it out on Friday , the show would have been nothing without you all . I also wanna say thanks to all the kids that have been going to see the movie at all the other premiers , Everyone at CAPiTA really really apprciates your support. The movie was a lot more work than any of us expected. Long nights editing and Jasper learning how to make DVD menus the week our movie was due . To Blue and I butting heads over everything from music to riders to..... shit...... i don't even know whatelse there was . the glitches in the video m the exports and re-exports  5 am nighst and 6 am mornings watching the video over and over for weeks on end. It seemed like everyday for the last few months it was a constant battle to get the video done and out the door . BUT!!!! To see it all come out , to see the package , to see a movie of our real lives , our real snowboarding . To see fans cheer and come up and say " this movie made me want to go snowboarding " just hearing that makes it all worth it . so THANK YOU ! for letting us share our lives with you.

I love all you guys, miss you and i hope to see you sooner than later

A huge thanks to Steve, Michael, Hank, Brady, Sara and the rest of the ETERNAL crew for having us and thanks to Sean Hills for babysitting. Approx 700 people attended the Reno Premiere for CAPiTA's FIRST KISS. The line out front didn't seem to let up and as soon as ETERNAL was done showing their new skate team vid, Blue Montgomery took the stage and warmed up the crowd. I can't remember every word of Blue's intro, but I did catch what the inspiration for First Kiss was, it was them, the audience. Not knowing what they were in for, I could tell that they were all very eager to see what was ahead. Big applauses during Craven, Jonas, and Brisse's parts and they also seemed to love the rep and factory tuned rider montage. Brandon Cocard was even there to his his shots. The natives got a little restless right after Lepore's part, but a kid yelled out, "SHUT UP AND WATCH THE MOVIE!" Exactly, shut up and watch the movie ! As soon as the film was over, kids were cheering and screaming, they rushed the stage and were showered with COAL beanies, DEFCON gloves, DEELUXE, UNION, and CAPiTA goodies. Products were also tossed from just about every other snowboard company in the biz too like Vans, Academy, Skullcandy, 32, airBLASTER, Mervin, Forum, Ride, Holden, Burton, etc etc... Jonas signed some autographs and then it was time to watch Autumn Lines new flick, This is For Everyone. Tim Eddy, Curtis Woodman, and Robbie Sell's parts took me back to the days of NEOproto. God Damn, I can't wait for winter....Please enjoy the photos of this historical event !

WE'RE ON WITH THE EMAGE CREW AT MEADOWLARK IN DENVER TONIGHT, AND AN OUTDOOR SHOWING AT THE SHOP TOMORROW EVENING FOR THOSE UNDER 21. DAVE GRAVES, PAT OTOOLE AND THE COLORADO CAPITA KIDS WILL BE HOLDING IT DOWN.

I'M HEADING TO RENO AS WE SPEAK. BIG SHOWING TONIGHT AT THE RENO / SPARKS CONVENTION CENTER WITH ETERNAL. I'M BRINGING JONAS CARLSON WITH ME. WILL BE A GOOD, GOOD TIME.
